1. Definitions and Interpretation

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless context requires otherwise:

• "batpro", "we", "us", "our" refers to batpro, the operator of the website accessible at batpro.club and all related subdomains, mobile interfaces, and applications.
• "Platform" means the batpro website, its casino, sportsbook, games, and all associated services.
• "User", "you", "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers with, or uses the Platform.
• "Account" means a registered user account on the batpro Platform.
• "Real Money" refers to PKR or any other currency deposited and used for wagering on the Platform.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits awarded by batpro that are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal.

2. Acceptance of Terms

You are solely responsible for ensuring that online gambling is lawful in your jurisdiction. batpro does not represent that use of its Platform is legal in any particular jurisdiction within or outside Pakistan. Users accessing batpro from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited do so at their own risk and are solely responsible for compliance with local laws.

3.3 Account Information

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering your batpro Account, including your legal name, date of birth, Pakistani mobile number or email address, and any other information requested during registration or subsequent KYC verification. You must promptly update your information if it changes.

3.4 One Account Limit

Each individual may maintain only one registered Account on batpro. Duplicate accounts — including accounts opened under different names or contact details — are strictly prohibited. If batpro identifies duplicate accounts, all related accounts may be suspended, funds frozen, and winnings voided.

4. Account Verification (KYC)

batpro is required to verify the identity and age of its users. We may require you to provide the following documents at any stage:

• A clear photograph or scan of your valid Pakistani CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card)
• A selfie photograph held alongside your CNIC
• Proof of payment method ownership (e.g., screenshot of your JazzCash or Easypaisa account matching your registered mobile number)
• Additional documentation as required at batpro's sole discretion

Withdrawals may be withheld until KYC verification is completed to batpro's satisfaction. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent documentation will result in immediate account termination and referral to appropriate authorities where applicable.

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

batpro accepts the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL Bank Transfer, UBL Bank Transfer, Meezan Bank Transfer, Bank Alfalah Transfer, USDT TRC20, Skrill, and Neteller. Minimum and maximum transaction limits apply to each method and are displayed in the batpro Cashier at the time of transaction.

5.2 Deposit Terms

Deposits made via JazzCash and Easypaisa are credited to your batpro account instantly. Bank transfers (IBFT) are typically credited within 15 minutes to 2 hours, subject to banking system processing times. batpro charges no deposit fee on its end, though your payment provider may apply standard transaction charges independently.

5.3 Withdrawal Terms

Withdrawal requests are subject to completed KYC verification. Withdrawals to JazzCash and Easypaisa are typically processed within 15 to 60 minutes. Bank transfers may take up to 24 hours. batpro reserves the right to perform additional security checks before processing withdrawals. A minimum withdrawal amount applies and is displayed in the Cashier section.

5.4 Currency

The functional currency of the batpro Platform is Pakistani Rupees (PKR). All account balances, bets, winnings, and transactions are denominated and processed in PKR unless an alternative is explicitly stated. USDT deposits are converted to PKR equivalent at the prevailing rate at the time of transaction.

5.5 Dormant Accounts

An Account that has had no login or transaction activity for a continuous period of 12 months may be classified as dormant. batpro reserves the right to apply a monthly inactivity fee to dormant accounts as stated in the Cashier policy, after providing notice to the registered email or mobile number.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

All bonuses, free bets, and promotional offers made available on batpro are subject to the specific terms and wagering requirements stated at the time of the promotion. General bonus conditions include:

• Wagering requirements must be met in full before any bonus-derived funds can be withdrawn.
• Bonuses apply only to the account holder — they are non-transferable.
• batpro reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Suspected bonus abuse, including but not limited to arbitrage betting, multi-accounting, and collusion, will result in the cancellation of bonuses and may lead to account suspension.
• Free bets awarded by batpro are not redeemable for cash — only net winnings resulting from a free bet are withdrawable, subject to any applicable minimum odds requirements.

7. Betting Rules and Game Conduct

All bets placed and games played on the batpro Platform are governed by the specific rules applicable to each game or sport, which are accessible within the respective game or betting section. Key general rules include:

• Once a bet is confirmed and accepted by batpro's system, it is binding and cannot be cancelled or amended by the user.
• batpro reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, at incorrect odds, or on an event affected by a technical malfunction.
• In the event of a dispute regarding a game outcome, the result recorded in batpro's central server logs shall be the definitive record.
• Live casino games are governed by the rules of the respective game provider (Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, SA Gaming, etc.) and may be subject to interruptions due to technical issues beyond batpro's control.

8. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the batpro Platform and may result in account suspension, termination, and legal action:

• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to gain an unfair advantage
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or glitches to place bets or accumulate winnings — any winnings from such exploitation will be voided
• Money laundering, financing of illegal activities, or use of the Platform for any fraudulent purpose
• Chargebacks or reversal of deposits through your payment provider after using those funds to bet
• Sharing, selling, or otherwise transferring your batpro Account to another person
• Colluding with other players or batpro staff members to gain an unfair advantage
• Providing false information during registration or KYC verification

9. Responsible Gaming

batpro is committed to promoting responsible gambling. We provide the following tools accessible from your Account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts.
• Loss Limits: Cap the maximum amount you can lose within a defined period.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications after pre-set session durations.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your Account for periods ranging from 24 hours to 6 weeks.
• Self-Exclusion: Request permanent or long-term exclusion from the batpro Platform.

10. Intellectual Property

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, batpro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or losses resulting from technical malfunctions, service interruptions, or unauthorised account access caused by your own failure to secure your credentials.

batpro's total aggregate liability to any user for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the value of funds held in that user's batpro Account at the time of the claim.

12. Privacy and Data Protection

batpro collects, processes, and stores user data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By registering on batpro, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in that policy. We take data security seriously and implement industry-standard technical and organisational measures to protect your information.

13. Suspension and Termination

batpro reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Account, with or without notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe
• Engagement in fraudulent, deceptive, or illegal activity
• Chargebacks or disputed transactions raised against batpro
• Court order, regulatory instruction, or law enforcement request

Upon termination for cause, batpro may withhold account balances pending investigation. Balances in accounts closed without cause will be returned to the user via the original deposit method after deducting any applicable fees.

14. Amendments to These Terms

batpro reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to users via the registered email address or mobile number, or by prominent notice on the batpro Platform, with a minimum of seven (7) days' notice before the revised Terms take effect. Your continued use of the Platform after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

15. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation between you and batpro shall be submitted to binding arbitration. batpro's decision on all matters relating to game outcomes, account status, and bonus eligibility is final, subject to the dispute resolution process.

You agree that you will not bring any class action or representative action against batpro. Any claim must be brought individually.
